ResolveUK Limited operates an online marketplace connecting businesses with freelance and temporary talent within hospitality, retail, and events sectors in the United Kingdom. We do not operate overseas subsidiaries and primarily engage with UK-based freelancers, businesses, and service providers.

ResolveUK maintains policies designed to support ethical operations and prevent exploitation, including:

• Right to Work & Identity Verification Procedures
• Reporting & Escalation Procedures

3. Due Diligence Processes

We take reasonable and proportionate steps to reduce the risk of modern slavery by:

• Verifying freelancer identity and right to work where legally required
• Conducting checks on businesses registering on the platform
• Monitoring activity through platform systems
• Investigating reports of suspicious behaviour
• Suspending or terminating accounts where concerns are identified

4. Risk Assessment & Management

We recognise that sectors such as hospitality, retail, and events may present heightened risks of exploitation.

To mitigate these risks, we:

• Promote transparency between businesses and freelancers
• Enable two-way ratings and feedback
• Maintain reporting channels for concerns
• Review platform processes periodically

5. Training & Awareness

ResolveUK provides appropriate guidance to employees and contractors to help them understand:

• Their responsibilities under this policy

6. Effectiveness

ResolveUK reviews the effectiveness of its policies and procedures on an ongoing basis and will continue to enhance controls as the business grows.
