Our founder
ResolveUK was founded by Johan de Jager, who has owned and run hospitality businesses in London. Years spent navigating staffing shortages and day-to-day operational pressure gave him a view of both sides of the industry: the urgency and precision businesses need when filling a shift, and the frustration freelancers feel when they are undervalued or underpaid by the old agency model. ResolveUK is built to fix both at once.
